Several can be found in the REPCONN Test Site if you pay attention. Two can be found in the average locked safe, upstairs of the main level, in the room with the large semi-circular wooden desk and terminal REPCONN Test Site. One can be found in the REPCONN Test Site, on one of the tables in a room with the sign "Food".
