Both of these work fine with the monitor and cable. When the monitor is plugged into the USB-C port, it seems to get an intermittent connection lasting about a second. Try this: remove the USB-C modules and plug directly into the passthrough ports off the mainboard. Do you know if the cables you are using are the original ones that came with the monitors?

LG 49WL95C-W --- USB-C port stopped working for display. Tech Support. I've had the LG for around 4 months. It is set up so my peripherals (mouse, Keyboard, Webcam, Mic) are connected to the screen's USB-A ports and all feed through to my laptop via USB-C.
